Hi, Jim Jacobsen, Winderemere Real Estate in Seattle, Washington. I'm a managing broker here. The question is how can I change the certificate of occupancy on a property and you know, I don't know that that question is really answerable in itself but I will give you an example of what might take place. If I've got a multiplex and I'm going to add a unit to that multiplex, I'd first have to go through the building department to get permits to do that and so the very first thing is is what are the zoning requirements. So the certificate of occupancy is going to be tied directly to what the zoning is for the property. So if it's not zoned for what you want to make it, you're not going to get that certificate of occupancy. However, if it is, then you're going to have to go through the building department and make the changes and have the inspections done and then recreate a new certificate of occupancy.
