Hi, I'm Dr. Ahuva Gamliel from MiBaSo in sunny south Florida. Our topic today is how to make herbal bottled olive oil for dipping. I'm going to demonstrate using virgin olive oil. I'm going to take two thirds of a cup of the olive oil and measure it in the cup. I'm using this amount because I have a small container which I'm going to be putting it in. I'm going to take crushed garlic which I just crushed, one clove of the garlic and I'm going to add some red pepper, if you don't have red pepper, crushed red pepper you can also use black pepper, it goes very nicely in this dipping oil. You can salt, season it to taste. I like it a little spicy so I'm putting a little bit more and of course salt helps to bring out the flavor of any herb so I'm adding a little bit of salt to the mix. And now I'm going to put it into my container and this makes an excellent dipping mixture for breads. You can use it as an appetizer or a snack. So I'm going to add a few whole pieces, it'll also look a little bit prettier. So there you have it this is our herbal olive oil dressing for dipping. Thanks for watching. I'm Dr. Ahuva Gamliel. Be well.
