Hello. My name is chef Sara. Welcome to chef Sara raw vegan academy and cafe in the beautiful village of Cave Creek, Arizona. Today, I'm going to show you my favorite, green smoothie. It's loaded with vitamins and minerals. It's just super food, that's what it is. It's loaded with super food. So I'm going to start with a tablespoon of Earths. Earths have absolutely everything in it, all the protein you need. So just one tablespoon. And then of course Spirulina, my favorite. I really love it, loaded with your minerals, and a tablespoon of my Wheat Grass. You can use fresh also if you have the fresh. And this is great. This is the Zeo. It's a detoxifier. It's like a clay. And this is my Maca. Maca is a great stabilizer. It really helps you stabilize your mood swing. It's great for the libido too. And to that I'm going to add my, this is a flax seed which is loaded with the omega3 and 6. It's fabulous. And Chia seeds again, wonderful brain food. And then my spices. What I have here is ginger and ginger lowers of course, you know the inflammation of the body. And I have cardamom. And I have Stevia. I have about a quarter teaspoon of Stevia, half a teaspoon of ginger and a quarter teaspoon of cardamom. And then of course I have my one teaspoon of cinnamon. And cinnamon, it's great to lower your LDL cholesterol, really fabulous. So we put all this in and to that I'm going to use Hemp milk. And the way I made the Hemp milk, Hemp milk actually is an excellent source of omega fatty acid, protein, anti-oxidant. it's really really good for you. So what I did is I took a quarter cup of Hemp to one cup of milk. And I put it in the blender, blend it away and this is what you get. You don't have to soak the Hemp, you don't have to put it through a milk bag. It's the easiest milk to make. OK. So now we just add the milk. And we spin it and we got the best green smoothie. I love this green smoothie. And here it is. Wonderful, creamy green smoothie. And if you like it you know more liquidy, just add more water or milk. For thickness this is perfect.
