Hello, my name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister, and today we want to talk about some exercises that you can do to make your hips wider. Now, in order to maximize your hips, you got to build some special muscles. You want to build your gluteus maximus, you want to build your hip flexors and you want to also build the lower part of your abdominal muscles. Now, one of the best ways to do this is to go out and sprint on vertical hills. That means you want to run hills, you want to run hard uphills. This is a tough exercise, but you want to also maximize those quadriceps as well. And another great exercise that you can do that won't require you going outside and doing hills is a walking lunge. Very good move. So, what we'll do, we'll demonstrate the walking lunge. We're going to keep our chest up, hands on the hips, we're going to take a big step out front, down, pulling the chest up. Front leg gets to work, back leg gets to stretch, then we just keep walking forward doing the same thing. Try not to let the back knee touch the ground. Alright. Very good exercise, the walking lunge will help build those hips to create wider hips. Alright.
