Hello, my name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And today, we're going to talk about some exercises you can do to stretch your foot and toes with a towel. Now, after a great long day work goes or a fantastic exercise session, you may want to sit down and relax, but before the session it done, before the session is done or before the day is done, I want you to be able to sit down and stretch those tired feet. Those dogs maybe barking, but we got the answer for it right here. So, we got to take a towel or a shirt or anything you have that can wrap around and our first exercise from the seated position is we're going to take our towel or our shirt or whatever and we're going to loop it right over our toe, right under our toes. We're going to keep our heel in the ground and we're just going to gently pull up, pulling those toes up, feeling the stretch in the foot, feeling that fascia stretch, that fascias, that membrane right on the, underneath the skin that connects the entire body. So, we're going to stretch it out. Alright. The next move we're going to do is we're going to leave the towel down and we're going to work a little toe dexterity. So, we're going to grab the towel with our toes, pick it up and then put it on our hands. Then, we're going to drop it back down, do the same thing with the other foot. Reach around, grab it in, squeeze that towel, pick it up and then we're back up. And the third and final exercise, this is going to stretch not only the toes but this is going to get the quads and the hamstrings. We're going to loop it around the bottom of our foot, straighten that leg out and pull gently, trying to pull. You feel the stretch in the hamstring, you feel a slight, a little slight stretch in the calf as well. Alright. My name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And these are just a few exercises, a few ways you can stretch your legs and your foot with a towel.
