Hi, I'm Kena with the Fashion Camp at at the beautiful Design Studio at 440 Brannan in San Fransisco. Today, I'm going to take a T-shirt and give it a punk inspired look. To create my punk inspired look I've created a skull face on the back of the T-shirt using wax, bar of soap, or chalk. Which ever you prefer. You can do any design you'd like but I love the skull face. All I'm doing now is following the lines that I've created for my skull face and just cutting them out. I do want to point out one thing which is make sure that you leave this strip. This is going to give us the eye look. And we are also going to repeat that same effect on the nose. Without that strip in the eye we wouldn't have that kind of 3-D effect for the skull face. And you can make the face as big or as small as you'd like. Don't worry about the chalk lines or if you use a small piece of soap, bar soap of course. It will wash out. If your skull face isn't symmetrical it's perfectly fine because we are going to actually stretch this out and it will look just a cute even if it's not symmetrical. Now I'm just going to stretch out the strips to give it a worn look. And this really finishes it off nice. And if this back is too open for you you can always layer it with a tank top. Just pull on the strips of the teeth like that stretching them out. Give it a nice tug. And there you have your skull punk inspired T-shirt. I'm Kena with the Fashion Camp here at 440 Brannan in San Fransisco.
