Hi. I'm Omar, and I'm a programmer. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a footer message in your HTML page. So, fire up your favorite HTML editor. I'm using Text-edit for convenience sake. But, you can use any one you want. Notepad, Notepad++, they're all good editors. Anyway, so as you can see, I have some boiler plate HTML codes set up. I don't have any content so you know, we'll just add some content in here. "This is content. This is content." And you want a footer so what you do is fairly simple. Just go to the end of your content, right before you close off the body tag, and just add a container, it could be a span or a div. And if you want to edit the class of that just add "class=footer." I'm not going to show you how to edit the class, but that's just a good practice to do. And inside that div flag, just put whatever you want to put on your footer. "This is footer content." And that is the simplest way to add a footer to your HTML page. I'm Omar, and I just showed you how to add a footer to your HTML page. Thanks for watching.
