Hello, I'm Charles Galbreath, workforce empowerment speaker and human resource professional. Today, I want to share with you how to choose the appropriate applicant after a job interview. Now for those of you who are conducting interviews, it can be extremely difficult to nail down your candidates. Especially when you have various candidates that have similar experience, similar skills they bring to the table. And they interviewed at a similar level. So it's very important for you to find those extra things that stand out. Some of the things that you want to remember, how well was that person able to communicate the last job and how what they learned can be transferred over into this job. So of course how able are they to portray their experience through the interview questions that they are asked. Also how in line have their experiences and their skills been with the position that you are interviewing for.
