Hello, my name is Marsha Orosco, I'm the executive chef at The Dome Restaurant Bar and Lounge here in Coral Gables. And today I'm going to be demonstrating how to prepare shrimp and Alfredo sauce with angel hair pasta. So the first thing we're going to do is we're going to start by sauteing the shrimp. I have the angel hair pasta. I have prepared an Alfredo sauce which is a very classic sauce that starts with garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, a little bit of salt and pepper. And as you can see now I am adding my shrimp to this pan. And again, since it's been butterflied it's going to cook very quickly. So you definitely want to keep an eye on it. I'm going to season with some salt and pepper. And while the shrimp is cooking I'm just going to take this pasta and I'm going to add it to this pan of hot water so that the pasta can be heating up as well. The next thing that I'm going to do, I'm going to add some of my Alfredo sauce in here. Now again, this sauce has already been prepared with garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream. And I'm going to toss my pasta in here as well. And I'm going to start by plating, trying to get some of the pasta in the bowl first because what I want to do is I want to try and get as much of that shrimp on top so that you can see all those beautiful pieces of jumbo prawns. Doesn't that look absolutely phenomenal? I'm getting hungry already. So there you have it, you have a beautiful Alfredo shrimp with capolini pasta and fresh chopped parsley on top. My name is Marsha Orosco, thank you for joining me.
