Hi, my name is Alex Cecilio and I'm going to show you how to make a parabola in Illustrator. So, the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to go to my pen tool, which is right below the magic wand tool and just select that. And depending on the graph you've made or the equation you've solved, your parabola will not probably look like this; but, I will show you the basic way to make it, to even begin to make it. So, suppose your two points are this one and this one. So, you're going to click it and you're going to start dragging to the left or start to the right and down. And this is going to cause, basically anytime you move a certain direction, your line is going to move in the opposite direction. So, if you move down, it's going to move up; if you move up, it's going to move down, and left, right, etcetera. So, you know, you can make it as big as you want, I'm going to make mine pretty tall. And usually these things are even, but you can always change this by clicking this and just making sure that some of them are even. Now, suppose you want to color it or thicken the line, just click your line, go up to the top and just select how thick you want your line. And then, over here, just, under stroke, you can pick whatever color you want up here. I'm going to make mine like, and there you go, there is your parabola. My name is Alex and this is how you make a parabola in Illustrator. Thank you.
