Hello, I'm Darryle Brown from brownconsulting.org. And today, we would discuss fragrance policies in the workplace. Many companies have an unofficial or an official policy relating to fragrances. The reason why fragrance policies are in place in many companies is due to the sensitivity or allergic reactions of other people within the workplace. It helps of so, to promote comfort within the workplace as well. Now, fragrance is primarily or fragrant prod, product is any type of scent that is perceptible to other people. And that includes incense, any form of perfume or anything that may have that sort of sensibility or sensitivity to others as well as those with allergic reactions. So, when, if you have any questions pertaining to a fragrancy policy, you should contact your HR office to as, to give you more insight on what are, what is appropriate for the workplace and what is not.
