Hi, I'm Susan McLennan from Babble On Communications and today I want to talk to you a little bit about how to attract people to a concert series. The first thing you need to know is a little bit about them and age is a very important factor. How you're going to reach out to them will really depend on the age that they are. You might not want to reach tweens by newspaper ads and you might not want to have Twitter be your primary source of communication for somebody who is older. Once you know that, you're going to want to ensure that your website has all kinds of good information that's going to be key word rich and pull in the types of people that you want and have a thought about your actual performers as well. If they are celebrities or have name value, they might be newsworthy. So you could do a media event well in advance or you could also go through their fan channels and pull people in that way through their Facebook accounts and through anything else that they have got going on and look for opportunities to cross promote with other like minded organizations. You can also talk to media outlets about cross promotion. They may give you a celebrity host to help introduce your event and they may promote your event on line as well. I'm Susan McLennan from Babble On Communications. Thanks very much for watching.
