Hi, I'm Susan Mclennan from Babble On Communications and I want to talk to you a little bit today about how to decorate for customer appreciation. The first thing you want to make sure is that it's really about your customer, not your brand. It's going to be tempting to put all kinds of messaging about you up there but that's really not what this occasion is. So you want to have a thought about who it is that you're decorating for and if you're not 100% sure about who they are this is a great chance to learn about them and you can use your front line employees to help you co-create with them. They might be the people who are on the phone with them or on line or who are out on the floor with them but they'll have some really great insights into them and really listen to that. Second of all you can even ask the customers themselves. You might have an on line survey, you might be able to ask them on the floor but those are great opportunities to engage them and people love to be engaged, they love to co-create things, even if it's about decorations. Finally the thing I would say is be environmentally responsible. You don't want to buy a bunch of junk that's going to go up and then go in landfill. People will notice that sort of thing and if you do all of that, you will have an awesome event. I'm Susan McLennan from Babble On Communications. Thanks very much for watching.
