Hi, I'm Max Tucci, celebrity chef and lifestyle expert. Today I'm gonna show you how to make a quick and easy Italian antipasto salad. One of my favorite things. Because of my Italian origin, I'm gonna teach you how to make this dish so simple, that you're gonna wanna do it at every party. Now what we have here are an array of cheeses, Italian cheeses, and an array of Italian meats. We have prosciutto, mortadella, mozzarella, bologna, salami, some soppressata, some provolone cheese and some capicola. These are some of my favorite things here that we're gonna put on to a wooden cutting board. I think it makes it look a little more Tuscan, a little more authentic and a little more delicious. So what we're going to do, is we're gonna take these meats, and we're just gonna fold them nicely. And you're gonna put them right onto this wonderful cutting board that we have here. And you see we have some bread sticks, so you can follow me in some of my other videos, because you're gonna see how to make those bread sticks there. Add these meats, fold them up, be creative with them, don't just throw them on the dish. Mix some cheeses in there, get the prosciutto. Oh, this is so tasty. And this is a typical Tuscan dish as well. And you're just gonna add all of these meats right onto your cutting board. Your guests are going to love this. Now, make a variety. You don't have to put all the same cheeses and meats together. It's a tasting sampler. Add those cheeses, add some mortadella, and the mortadella I love when the pistachios inside is delicious. Make sure there's no nut allergies out there. And then the prosciutto we're just gonna keep adding this all together. Take the artichokes, and you're just gonna fish them right out of the bowl into the pot. You're gonna fish them right out of the bowl onto the cutting board presentation.
