Hi, I’m Stephanie Prosenjak from Cherry Creek Dance, and I’m here to give you a few tips on how to be a better base in cheerleading. The most important thing is to be in the best shape you can be in. So, that comes from your core strengthening. Then, you want to focus also on your back, shoulders, arms, wrists, and hands, then followed by your glutes and your legs. Once you feel that you’re in the best shape that you can be in, you need to remember that your job is very important, and you need to be 100 percent committed and focused, whether you’re in practice, at a performance, or a competition.
