Hi, my name's Matthew Pierce. I'm a software engineer, and today I'd like to talk with you about opening .Mdb files. Now, Mdb files are a Microsoft database files, or is files in that format. It's a format that was invented by Microsoft for database, and it's really widely used by many applications, some of which are Mathematica or SAS, Visual Studio opens them, Avid Media database opens them too, and is available on Windows or Mac, and really it's used very widely. To open it, you can, if you have Microsoft Office, then you have Microsoft Access. And Access, will, you know, allow you to open up the database and manipulate it. But if you don't have that, there's a free one out there, a viewer called Mdb 8 Viewer Plus, and you can use that to open the database too, and it will just open it up and allow you to view it. Now here you can see that it's got the, there we go, resize com, so the tools are freely available out there, if you have Microsoft Office, then you've already got the tools to open it, and Visual Studio will open it too, so there's a lot of stuff out there, a lot of options for you, should have no problems using one of those tools to open it. So I'm Matthew Pierce, today we talked about opening .Mdb files. Thanks for watching.
