Hi, I'm Dan Reinecke with Unknown Media. Today, I like to talk to you about whether or not your film flash unit will work with your digital SLR camera. Now, the easiest answer that I can give you is no. But, it does vary. Now, I can suggest that you just grab any film flash unit and expect it to work with any digital SLR camera because more than likely, the flash will be out of sync with the camera and you're not going to get it to work with your image or the flash just won't work at all. Now, this is going to require you to do a little bit of research on your own to figure out if the voltage output of your film flash unit will actually work with the digital camera that you're working with. So, in conclusion, I'd say the film flash unit, it can work with your digital SLR, but it's going to vary and it's going to require a little bit of research on your end. I'm Dan Reinecke, take your best shot.
