Hello. I'm Ray. I'm a business consultant and today we are going to look at unskilled labor. What is it? Alright, unskilled labor is inexpensive labor that requires no training or experience. Examples, I will give you two. Let's look at the fast food cashier, all you have to do when someone orders a hamburger is push the button that says hamburger. You did not need to go to school or have any special training to know how to do that and that is one example. Another example would be let's say you work at a hair salon and your job is to sweep up hair after it was cut because it is laying on the floor. You do not need to go to school to learn how to sweep that up with a broom, pick it up with a dustpan and throw it in the trash. Those are two examples of what unskilled labor is.
