Hello everyone, Christina here. Today, we're going to be making a mask that's going to help deep cleanse your skin. So let's get started. I combined half of a cucumber into the blender, just simply cutting it into chunks so it's easier to blend. With just a touch of water, about a third of a cup and we're going to blend this on low until it makes just a fine texture. Pour the mixture into the bowl like so. Cucumber has really wonderful cleansing properties as well as cooling properties so it helps to soothe any type of inflamed or you know, any skin that has any discomfort to it. So the second ingredient we're going to be using is milk. I'm using an almond milk because that's what I had in my fridge but if you, by all means if you have any rice milk or regular milk, you can use that as well. I'm going to combine about a half a cup into my mixture here and simply combine the two together, giving it a light mix. The milk has lactic acid properties to it so it's not only going to hydrate but also help brighten the skin and nourish it. This is a really great mask for someone who has sensitive skin as well. So combine the two together and that's it. Okay so now that we've got our ingredients mixed up, what we're going to do is simply take a cotton ball, dab it into the mixture and apply all throughout the face avoiding of course the eye and lip area. We're going to leave that on for about five minutes and cleanse with a warm washcloth. That's it, super simple and an effective mask.
