Hi, I'm Jae from Nomoremomjeans.com, and I'm here with Rachelle to show you how to dress formally in the winter weather. Now the problem with dressing during the winter weather is that you need to stay warm but still look really cute. What Rachelle is wearing is a knee length skirt. The skirt is giving her a little more coverage and it's made of a warmer fabric. It's a heavier satin instead of a chiffon or something lighter so it's going to give her a little more warmth. While her legs are bare now, if she was in a colder climate she might wear some tights as well. She could do a pattern tight or a solid tight, just to keep her legs a little warmer. Now, what's great about this jacket is that it's super form fitting and it's got really great feminine details. You'll notice the ruffle down the front and then the tie around the waist that cinches it in and gives her a great hourglass shape. Finally she's wearing a closed toe shoe. This is really important. While you could do a boot with an outfit like this, a boot isn't really considered formal wear. You definitely want to wear a heel. So, we're going to leave the peep toes at home and try a closed toe shoe while it's cold outside. All together, Rachelle looks ready to head out and she still looks nice and warm. And that's how to dress formally in cold weather. I'm Jae from nomoremomjeans.com and we'll see ya next time.
