Hi, I'm Jeremy Manning, director of Personal Training at Elevated Fitness and the founder of Uplift Project. Today we will be covering exercises for endurance for boxing. The best way to build endurance is incorporate calisthenics in with your basic drills. First basic exercise is the front jab. So we are going to incorporate some calisthenics which is nice and easy running in place with the front straight jab. So we just start off with the jab and a nice steady pace, nice and easy. The important thing is stress your heart, stress your lungs, stress the muscle. Push to fatigue, sometimes push to failure. That's how you are going to build your endurance. The next exercise is a basic old school squat. We are going to add a little hop throw in a hook. All traditional exercises put together to build endurance for boxing. First one is your squat hop, land, throw that hook. Squat hop, throw the hook. I'm Jeremy Manning and that was endurance exercises for boxing.
