Hi, this is Willie McNeeley from STRONG Gym, and this is how to breathe during a Hindu push up. A Hindu push up is another push up variation that can be utilized just to develop the arms, the shoulders and the chest and it's actually really good at increasing your relative body strength. I'll go ahead and demonstrate and actually explain how to breathe properly during a Hindu push up. The proper way to breathe during a Hindu push up is right before the descent, take a deep belly breath and you're going to hold the air and complete the full rep. Now at the top of each rep, go ahead and repeat the breathing sequence and continue performing each rep. This is how to breathe during a Hindu push up. Thanks for watching.
