Hi my name is Willie McNeely and today I'm going to show you how to use forearms using bent over rows. Typically bent over rows are an exercise to really build up the musculature of your back muscles but if you want to build bigger forearms using bent over rows you get to use special apparatuses like this axle bar for example which what the axle bar is going to do is just increase the diameter of the bar so you're going to have to grip a little tighter which will engage more musculature in your forearms. I'll go ahead and show you an example. If for some reason you don't have an axle bar available at your own gym, you can also just grab a regular barbell and use two towels to enhance the grip on the exercise.
