If you have multiple email accounts, it can be difficult to remember to check all of them to keep track of your incoming email. Many email providers offer a way to forward your incoming mail to other accounts, making it easier to receive all of your emails in one place. If you have an MSN account, it's very easy to set a forwarding address for all your MSN email messages.

Step 1

Visit hotmail.com and sign in to your MSN email account.

Step 2

Click on the "Options" button to the upper right side of your email.

Step 3

Select "More Options" from the menu that pops up.

Step 4

Click "Forward mail to another e-mail account" under "Manage your account."

Step 5

Select "Forward your mail to another e-mail account" from the options.

Step 6

Type the email address to which you want to forward your MSN mail.

Step 7

Check or uncheck the box marked "Keep a copy of forwarded messages in your Windows Live Hotmail inbox." If you check the box, you'll have to periodically sign into your MSN mail account to empty old messages out of your in-box; however, this will offer extra security in case the forwarded copies of important emails get deleted.

Step 8

Click "Save" to finalize the process.
