To create a Minnie Mouse head, arrange 10 to 20 cupcakes in the shape of Minnie's head and ears. Using different frosting colors, frost each cupcake to make a colorblock image of Minnie Mouse's face, ears and bow. Use black frosting for the ears, nose and parts of the eyes, a cream color for the face and pink for the mouth and cheeks. A large pink ribbon stuck to the top of the cupcake head makes an excellent bow.
