But air hostesses, even after countless hours of flying, almost always seem as put together pre-flight as they do after touch down. Keep hydrated. Allowing yourself to become dehydrated during your flight will leave you looking tired with a dull complexion. The site WebMD advises that it is also important not to drink too much alcohol, caffeine or sugary drinks before or during your flight because they will dehydrate your body even more. Save money by bringing your own water bottle and filling it once you have gone through security.
Cleansing Wipes

Use cleansing face wipes just before you land to refresh your skin. Sneak off to the bathroom and use a cleansing wipe on your face, neck and hands. According to Dr. Joseph Kvedar, director of Partners Center for Connected Health and associate professor of dermatology at Harvard Medical School, keeping skin moisturized is especially important for its health and beauty. Apply face lotion post-cleanse to ensure that your skin stays luminous.

Remember to bring travel sized make-up on board so that you can touch up before touch down. According to the TSA, all liquids should be kept in containers smaller than 3 ounces, and contained inside a plastic bag. Before the end of your flight, touch up your makeup with a fresh coat of mascara and under-eye concealer. This will make you appear well rested and alert.
Hair

Wash and dry your hair before your flight. Use a moisturizing conditioner to prevent frizz and keep it tied it back in a pony-tail or bun throughout the flight. Once the flight is over, it will be less likely to look disheveled and will be easier to revive.
