The GSM Arena website compiles a database of a variety of specifications for each phone it reviews. It also runs a battery of tests on each device, including one that reveals the nominal contrast ratio of each phone's display. The value of this test is that it evaluates each display's contrast ratio objectively, rather than relying on data provided by phone manufacturers.
