Its features include a Graphiz-based layout engine, Bezier line creation, template customization, Microsoft Visio export capabilities and control over minute details including object size, stroke, location and fill. Personal Brain is a process- and thought-mapping tool that lets you save notes, Web pages, images and other files via drag and drop. You can then access and modify all of your files via desktop software or any Web browser connected to the Internet. What's unique about Personal Brain is that it automatically analyzes all of your files, noting shared keywords and other commonalities. It then lets you create a process or thought map based on these commonalities. Personal Brain is available for Macs running OS X 10.4 or later. In order to run Personal Brain, you need at least a 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 100MB of free hard disk space.

TeamFlow X is process mapping and management software for Mac OS X and Windows. It’s available in two different versions – Basic and Professional. Features of the Basic version include deployment flowchart creation, organization charts, undo and redo capabilities, spell check and the ability to export files to a variety of formats, including XML, PNG, JPG and GIF. The Professional version includes all of the features included in the Basic version, plus cost and scheduling systems, Gantt-style bar charts, online document attachment support and a template editor. The Basic version of TeamFlow X costs around $100, while the Professional version costs around $300.
