Nike offers customers the option of redeeming their Nike product vouchers through their two online stores. You can redeem the voucher online through the Nike Store or through NIKEID. You can use the product voucher to purchase any apparel accessories on these Nike websites, however, you cannot use the product voucher to purchase gift cards.
Shipping

Nike’s online stores only ship to addresses that are within the U.S. and the District of Columbia. If your shipping address is located outside of these areas, you will not be able to use your product voucher to pay for an item on the site and have it shipped to your location.

Apply Voucher

You can apply your Nike voucher to your purchase during the checkout process. At checkout, you’ll notice a box that reads, “How would you like to pay?” Paying by gift card or voucher is one of the options you can check. After you check that option, you can enter the number that appears on your Nike voucher, then click “Apply.” If your purchase exceeds the balance of your voucher, you have to pay the remaining balance with your credit or debit card, PayPal account, gift card, or if you have another voucher, you can apply it to the transaction.

When you return an item you purchased with a Nike product voucher, your total refunded will get added to the original product voucher you used to make your purchase. You cannot receive a cash or credit refund.

You can check the balance on your Nike product voucher by visiting the Nike Store online. There's a section at the bottom of the site's homepage which reads, "Check your card balance here." If you end your product voucher number in the first empty space and click "Check your balance," you can find out how much money you have left on your product voucher.
