Vases

Gather some large glass vases or containers and fill them with small plastic or foam footballs. Miniature footballs can be found at toy or party stores. To add more visual interest, stick some artificial flowers that match your theme into the vases as well. Sprinkle football-shaped confetti around the vases.
Team Spirit

Get some pom poms and plastic megaphones in your favorite team's colors. Place the megaphones in the center of the tables, and put the pom poms around the megaphones. Stick a pennant on a stick into the hole in each megaphone for a spirited display.

Use green astro turf as a table cloth to celebrate the big game. Make the lines using white tape, and place miniature football player figures all over the table for effect. Use your child's Lego blocks to make goal posts at the ends of the table.

Surround the base of the football with pretty artificial flowers all the way around, so it looks like the football is nestled into the flowers. Surround the footballs with glass candy jars filled with team-colored candies, such as jelly beans or M&M's.
