How to Automatically Link Wordpress Posts to Facebook
You can easily link Facebook with your WordPress blog using the Notes application. Once configured, Notes can automatically import your WordPress blog posts into individual entries within the Notes application. Each new Notes entry is posted to your Facebook wall and viewable from your friend's news feeds.

Sign into your Facebook account.

Click "Profile" and then click "Notes."

Click "Write a Note" and then click "My Notes" in the left sidebar.

Click "Edit Import Settings" in the left sidebar.

Type your WordPress blog address in the "Web URL" text box and click the check box beside "By entering a URL, you represent that you have the right to permit us to reproduce this content on the Facebook site and that the content is not obscene or illegal." Click the "Start Importing" button

Review the import settings and then click "Confirm."
