Tips & Warnings
If you don't have one of the ingredients, start with the ones you have.
Taste the guacamole after every addition to make sure it is the flavor you want.
If you don't mind very spicy guacamole, you can add 1 tsp. of finely diced onion or jalapeno pepper instead of sour cream in the final step.
Add only a pinch of sugar to try and cut the lime flavor. Making it too sweet will ruin the guacamole taste.
