Challenge your friends to tie a knot in a rope while holding both ends of it. Then show them how it's done.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Ropes
  1. Step 1

    Lay a short length of rope on a table.

  2. Step 2

    Fold your arms across your chest.

  3. Step 3

    Lean forward and pick up each end of the rope with your arms still crossed.

  4. Step 4

    Uncross your arms.
