Your Facebook Wall contains your status updates as well as posts left by confirmed friends and pictures you add via the "Photos" link at the top of your Wall. Your Wall is also where stories about your recent activity show up, such as when you enter into a new relationship or "Like" a page on the site. While many users choose to restrict their Wall to only friends, making your Wall public allows you to share your information with more people on Facebook.
Go to the "Account" link at the top of your Facebook screen and choose "Privacy Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Click the blue "Customize settings" link at the bottom of the "Sharing on Facebook" section.
Click on the gray icon next to "Posts by me" in the "Things I Share" group. Select "Everyone" from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the "Things Others Share" group and click on the gray icon next to "Can see wall posts by friends." Select "Everyone" from the drop-down menu.
