  • Launch your Web browser and go to the Barcodes Inc. website's Free Online Barcode Generator page at www.barcodesinc.com/generator/.

  • Type a random number of any length in the text box.

  • Click "Generate Barcode." A barcode for your random number appears.

  • Click "Link or Embed This Barcode" to see the URL and embed code for the barcode's image. Right-click the URL, then click "Copy" from the pop-up menu. Click in a document on your computer, then right-click, and then click "Paste" to paste in the link code for the barcode URL if you want to save it on your computer. Right-click the embed code, then click "Copy." Open an online document, such as a forum post, then right-click, and then click "Paste" to copy the barcode image's embed code so it will display online.
