How to Locate Buffasaur Monsters in 'Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time'
The Buffasaur is a boss monster encountered in the Aqueducts beneath the town in "Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time." It may not be immediately obvious how to find this monster, however, as the stage in which it appears is hidden until you complete a few minor tasks in the town itself.

Enter the town and head into the Library. It is the building in the northwest corner of the town.

Speak to the non-player character named Larkeicus to trigger a cutscene.

Exit the library and speak to the villagers gathered around the fountain. The Aqueducts stage will unlock once you have finished speaking to them.

Enter the Aqueducts stage. The Buffasaur is in the seventh room beyond the locked gate.
