How to Change Email Settings for Unblocking Websites
Some email servers and clients will block certain domains or websites from sending emails. Senders that are allowed are on the "Safe List" or "White List," and senders that are blocked are on the "Black List." The exact method for adding websites to the safe list varies by email client and provider. For example, Hotmail has a different method than Gmail; Outlook has a different method than Windows Live Mail. However, the basic method is more or less the same.

1
Access your email account.
-
2
Click on the email client's "Options," "Settings" or "Tools." For some clients, the "option" to add or block a domain from the safe list may also be found in the toolbar options once the email is opened; this is the case for Gmail.

3
Look for the setting that addresses "Filters," "Safe Sender," "Blocked Senders," "White List" and "Black List." The exact name will vary by email client but it will be one of these. Click on the "White List" or "Safe Senders" list.
-
4
Add the domains (websites) you want to the safe/white list. This will make sure that any emails from that domain will not be blocked.
-
5
Save those changes.
