How to Export Entourage Contacts
Microsoft Entourage is the Mac equivalent of the Microsoft Outlook email and productivity application available on Windows PCs. If you have contacts saved inside the Entourage application that you want to export out to back up or import into another program, Entourage allows you to do so. Exported contacts are saved as a tab-delimited file, which many other applications support for contact imports.

Start the Entourage application on your Mac.

Click the "File" menu option, then click "Export."

Click the radio button next to "Contacts to a List (tab delimited text)."

Select a location to which to save your exported contact list, then click "Save." Your contacts will be exported out of Entourage as a tab-delimited file.
