Drink plenty of water. Water helps to loosen any food stuck in between teeth, which leads to cavities.

Drink and eat plenty of food and drinks containing calcium. This includes low-fat milk or cheese products.

Make an appointment with your dentist at least once every year. Get your teeth checked out and cleaned, have cavities filled and broken or have chipped fillings repaired.
