How to Make Miniclip Your Homepage

Miniclip is a online gaming site that features a wide variety of free games. The site also features contests and the Sketch Star artist drawing and animation tool. Frequent Miniclip.com visitors have the option to set the site as an Internet browser homepage to save time accessing the site in the future. Whether you use Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, setting Miniclip.com as your browser's homepage should only take three to five minutes.

Instructions

Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer 9 on your computer.

2. Type the Miniclip Internet address -- miniclip.com -- into the address field and wait for the page to load.

3. Click the gear-shaped "Tools" icon at the top right corner of the browser.

4. Select "Internet options," then "Use Current." Click "OK" to save the change.

5. Reopen the IE9 to confirm that the change took effect.

Google Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome.

2. Click the wrench to the right of the Internet address bar near the top right corner of the browser.

3. Select "Options" from the drop-down menu. A separate "Options - Basics" tab will open.

4. Click the circle to the left of "Open this page" in the "Home page" section and then type the Miniclip address into the address field.

5. Close Chrome and re-open it to see your new homepage.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Mozilla Firefox and go to Miniclip.com.

2. Click and hold the icon to the left of the address. At time of publication, you would click an orange and red "M" icon.

3. Drag the image left to the "Home" button and release your mouse key.

4. Select the "Yes" button on the "Set Home Page" box that appears to set the site as your Firefox homepage.

5. Close Firefox and then reopen it to confirm the new homepage.

Tips & Warnings

• If you have Internet Explorer 8, go to Miniclip.com, click the down arrow next to the "Home" button on the bottom toolbar and select "Add or Change Home Page ... " from the drop down menu. Click the circle to the right of "Use this webpage as your home page" or "Add this webpage to your home page tabs" on the "Add or Change Home Page" box that appears and then click "Yes" to make the change.

• If you have Chrome on a Mac or Linux system, select "Preferences" instead of "Options." On a Google OS, select "Settings."

• If you want to access the homepage in Chrome using a "Home" button in the future when visiting other sites, return to the "Basics" settings and click the box to the left of "Show Home button" in the "Toolbar" section to add a "Home" button to the toolbar.
