How to Connect Facebook & LinkedIn

Save yourself some time by integrating your social media accounts.

When you're managing a number of social media profiles for a business, artist or other public entity, it pays to integrate the tools as much as possible. Not only will it save you time, but it will also be a way to assemble a network of fans who are loyal across a number of platforms. One way to integrate your social platforms is to link Facebook with LinkedIn. As of 2011, this can be done for a Facebook page but not a personal profile, and you'll need to have administrator privileges for the Facebook page to add the LinkedIn Profile.

• Administrator privileges for the Facebook page

Instructions

1. Log in to Facebook with your username and password.

2. Navigate to the "My LinkedIn Profile" page. If you don't have the link on hand, simply type "My LinkedIn Profile" into the Search box at the top of the Home or Profile page, which should provide you a link to the page.

3. Click "Add to My Page" from the left sidebar menu. This should cause a box to pop up, showing all the pages for which you are an administrator.

4. Click "Add to Page" next to the Page you want to link. When you navigate to your Page, you'll now see a LinkedIn icon along the left hand side of the Page.
