How to Look at the Year of Classes on Facebook

You have to look a little harder now to find someone's class year on Facebook.

Facebook users have the option of putting the schools they've attended in their "Education and Work" section. They can also include their class year, or the year they graduated. This used to be prominently displayed on the profile, if the user opted to enter this information. But on the new Facebook profile, you see only the degree and the school at the top of the profile, not the class year. You have to do a bit of navigating to find the class year.

Instructions

1. Log into Facebook and go to the profile of the person whose class year you want to check.

2. Click on "Info" in the left bar below the profile picture and above the "Friends" column.

3. Locate the "Education and Work" section, which contains all schools the person attended. Under the name of the school, you'll see "Class of 2004" for example. If you see no year or class, it's because the person chose not to list it on his profile.
