How to Make Marshmallow Shooters With Wooden Handles
There are many ways to make a marshmallow gun. With types ranging from CO2-powered automatics to crossbows and even plain blowguns, marshmallow guns are perhaps one of the most adaptable airsoft guns in existence, and certainly the easiest to build. With odds and ends that can be found in most homes, it's quite simple to make one of these versatile airsoft guns.
Things You'll Need
- 1/2-inch internal diameter PVC pipe, 2 feet
- Sandpaper
- 1/2-inch PVC T-joint
- 2 1/2-inch PVC elbows
- Superglue
- Jigsaw
- 1-by-4 wood stock, 4 inches
- 1/2-inch drum sander or rotary tool

1
Cut the PVC pipe into three sections with a jigsaw. You should have two 6-inch pieces, and a third, the remainder of the pipe, should be about a foot long. Smooth the ends inside and out with sandpaper.
-
2
Connect the pieces of pipe using the joints. The T-joint should connect the first 6-inch piece to the foot-long piece, while the two elbows should be attached to the second 6-inch piece; one of them will connect to the main body of the gun and the other will serve as a mouthpiece. Decide on an arrangement that feels comfortable for you before gluing the sections together. As a note, the T-joint should be facing upward for optimal performance. Allow the glued assembly to dry at least one hour before use.

3
Sketch a handle onto the piece of wood. It can be as simple or as elaborate as you want, but remember that you will have to hold it to use your gun. Cut out the handle with the jigsaw and sand it down to remove splinters.

4
Use the drum sander to put a groove along the top edge of the handle. The groove doesn't have to be deep, but it does need to fit the PVC pipe well enough to hold it in place long enough for glue to set. Clamping the stock in place using a vice will help you make a straighter groove.

5
Attach the handle to the pipe assembly with glue and allow it to set. Use zip ties or pipe clamps to make a firmer bond.

Tips & Warnings
The T-joint will serve as the hopper for this gun, the place where you load your marshmallows. Facing its opening upward will keep your marshmallow from falling out.
Always wear eye protection when using any form of airsoft gun.
