How to Add a Contact Form With Bluehost
Bluehost is a web hosting service provider, and you can add a contact form to a specific page on your website through which your visitors can contact you. This is a far better way to invite communication than posting your plain email address on the website's contact page, which would lead to spam email. You should have a basic understanding of HTML code to install your contact form on your web page.

Access your Bluehost account by signing in with your registered username and password.

Look on the cPanel page for a section that says "Software/Services." Click on the icon that is labeled "CGI Center."

Click on the link that is labeled "BlueMail." This should be the first link of the top of the page in the CGI Center.

Find the strip of HTML code that at the bottom of the page that starts with "<form action=" and ends with "</form>." This section of HTML is about 10 lines long. Use your mouse to highlight this strip of HTML and right click on the text. Select "Copy" to copy the HTML code.

Access the HTML template of the particular page of your website where you want to display the contact form.

Right click your mouse and select "Paste" to paste the HTML code into the HTML page document.

Find the section in the HTML code that reads: "webmaster@yourdomain.com". You must change this to the email address where you want your messages to be sent. This is located in the third line from the bottom of the HTML code.

Save your changes to the HTML code of the page upload it so it is live. Access your website's contact page and test out your contact form by entering in a different email address and a message.

Open the email account for the address that you entered into the code to see if you received the test message. If you do not receive the message within a few minutes, replace the email address with another one, check your spam filter, or contact the Bluehost helpdesk for support.

Tips & Warnings
If you are experienced working with HTML, you can also add customized text, redirection, a subject line, a mail from line, and a file attachment line to the strip of HTML code for a more customized contact form.
If you do not specify a redirect page then Bluehost will bring the sender to a default page after the sender has sent their message.
