1
Draw a rough outline of Goku. Start by drawing his head, which begins in a round circle on top and then ends at a narrow angle, giving it the appearance of an egg. Then draw the torso, which resembles a rounded box, and the legs. Complete the outline by drawing facial guidelines, and the shapes of his arms and legs. See Resources for corresponding images.

2
Establish shapes, such as the upside-down triangle shapes on top of Goku's head representing the lining of his hair. Use jagged lines to draw these. Now draw the lining of Goku's shirt, sleeves, belt and pants. Make certain the lines have a loose, wrinkled appearance. Finally, draw a pointed nose and a sly smirk.

3
Complete Goku's hair by making it appear wild- and crazy-looking. Also, carefully draw the lining for Goku's eyes and cheeks, and the curved lines representing his muscles and the jagged lines representing the creases on his shirt. Continue lines down his right leg and then his left boot.
-
4
Add definition and detail to Goku's face, particularly his eyes and ears. Add further details to his chest and use sketching lines and shading to detail his neck. Use the same method to detail Goku's inner shirt, his arms, his hands and his fingers. After that, begin detailing his belt and his right boot. Finish by drawing double-lines in the figure of a cross upon his right boot.
-
5
Remove all guidelines and shapes that you drew for step 1. Next, add details to Goku's eyes and knuckles to his hands. Finish by drawing creasing lines on his pants and adding a bit of further detail to his boots.
-
6
Use crayons or paint to color the picture and you'll be done. See Resource for a completed image.
