How to Block a Domain in Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer comes with a built-in utility called Content Advisor that allows owners to allow or block specific domains from being opened. Computer owners who allow others to use and surf the Web on their computers might want to restrict or block certain Web sites from being opened, including sites that contain nudity or profanity.
