How to Print a Personalized Agenda Organizer
If you are need of a little organization in your life, then print off a free personalized agenda organizer template from Microsoft Word's template library. You can print the blank sheets on computer paper or card stock on your home printer. Then you can fill in the daily, weekly or monthly schedules with your personal events, reminders and due dates. Keep your pages in a binder and set it in a central place for your family to view -- such as in the kitchen.

Open Microsoft Word by double-clicking the icon on your desktop. Once the program opens, click the "Office Button" and "New."

Click "Agendas" in the template library. Scroll through the different template designs and select one that fits your organizing and scheduling needs. Double-click your selection.

Personalize your agenda template. Highlight the filler text on the template with your mouse pointer. Press "Delete." Type your personal text. Use the custom headers and categories the template uses. For example, if you have a personal agenda page that lists the days of the week, type your meetings in one color, your errands in another and your social engagements in a third. To customize the font color, click the "A" drop down button on the "Home" tab on your toolbar and select a color swatch.

Load your card stock or computer paper into your printer tray.

Click the "Office Button" again. Press "Print." When the print dialog box appears, press "OK."

Tips & Warnings
Print in "Draft" to reduce the amount of ink used or print on both sides of your computer paper to conserve it.
