How to Find the RSS of an iTunes Podcast
The iTunes Store lists thousands of podcasts in audio and video format for free download. While you can easily download, subscribe and keep up with podcasts through iTunes, you may want to use the actual podcast RSS feed. You can use the podcast RSS feed URL to subscribe in a music application other than iTunes, add the podcast to a feed reader or get more info from the podcast's website.

Open iTunes on your computer and click the "Podcasts" playlist in the left column of the application window.

Locate and select the podcast for which you want to find a URL. Depending on your viewing options, you may need to click once to select and open or double-click.

Press the "CTRL" key and click any episode of the podcast. Select "Copy podcast URL" from the menu.

Open your preferred Web browser on your computer and then paste the URL into the address bar. This will direct you to the podcast's RSS feed online.
