If My Internet Pics Are Blurry How Do I Change It?
When surfing online, you may notice blurred images. If multiple images appear blurred on different websites, it is likely caused by an issue with the browser. A web browser's image dithering option and cache could result in blurred images. In addition, the programming that allows the browser to function may contain bugs which would cause the images to appear blurry on your screen. There are a few different solutions to this problem.

Check the dithering option in Internet Explorer 8 or older. Launch Internet Explorer and click on the "Tools" menu. Choose "Internet Options." Click the "Advanced" tab and check the "Smart Image Dithering" option in the Multimedia section. Click "Apply" and "OK."

Clear the cache to remove any copies of compressed images. In Internet Explorer, click the "Safety" menu, click "Delete Browsing History...," select "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies," and select "Delete." In Firefox, click the "Tools" menu, select "Clear Recent History," select the "Cache" as the item you want to delete and click "Delete Recent History." In Chrome, click the "Tools" menu and click "Clear Browsing Data..." in the "Under the Hood" tab, check "Empty the Cache," choose "Everything" and click "Clear Browsing Data."

Update the Web browser; the latest version of the browser will contain any fixes to bugs that could blur the images. Go to the download site for the particular browser you want to update. Click the download link and allow the browser to update.
