How to Stop My Tweets From Going to My Facebook

Interconnecting your social networking accounts can become a hassle.

Social websites such as Facebook and Twitter are so popular that they allow for relatively seamless content integration between sites. It is easy to sync your Facebook and Twitter feeds so that your Facebook posts go to Twitter or your tweets go to Facebook. However, this process can become overwhelming. If you have gotten carried away with your social networking, it is easy to disconnect your Twitter account from Facebook.

Instructions

1. Log in to your Facebook account.

2. Locate the Twitter application in the left-hand column of your Facebook home page.

3. Click on the "X" to the left of the Twitter Application.

4. Select "Remove Twitter."
